Update on LOSER!

So I had my first weigh-in......now to start this past week was horrible....I ate nothing like I should have due to schedules, move, etc. Now with that said I lost ........................... 3 1/2 lbs. and 1% of my body fat this week!!!!!! YEAH!!!!!! So now it's just to do better this week :)
